About Reservations

①Reservations and inquiries

 

Reservation requests and inquiries will be reviewed and responded to in turn

by the staff member in charge during working hours.

If you would like to make a reservation or request a price quote,

please be sure to provide us with the following information.

 

・Full name

・Age

・Email or Phone number

・Desired design details

・Size

・Desired part of the body

・Name of the artist of your choice

(If you do not wish to nominate an artist, please indicate "none").

 

In addition, a government-issued photo ID is always required when visiting our studio.

When making a reservation, please have a government-issued photo ID

(driver's license, passport, my number card, etc.) ready in order to verify your age and identity. 

 

If we are unable to verify your ID,

we will refuse to perform the treatment on the day of your visit.

For customers who do not have a photo ID issued by the government,

please make sure to issue/prepare a photo ID prior to the appointment date.

 

 

②Determine tentative reservation date

 

Our staff in charge will contact you for available dates,

taking into consideration your desired design and size/designated artist, etc.

 

Once a reservation is confirmed,

a cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations or schedule changes

within one week of the reservation date.

 

Please make reservations for dates

that you are sure you will have time for, not dates that you are uncertain about.

 

 

③From tentative to confirmed reservations

 

Once the tentative reservation date is confirmed, we will move on to the deposit information.

 

【About the Deposit】

When you make an appointment,

you will be asked to deposit a portion of the tattoo fee as a deposit.

 

On the day of the tattoo session,

you will be asked to pay the difference between the total cost of the tattoo fee minus the deposit.

 

If you cancel your treatment (including change of staff) after making a deposit,

the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

 

If we are unable to confirm your payment by the deadline we have indicated,

we will cancel your tentative reservation.

 

Please note that cancellations (including schedule changes) made

within 7 days of the reservation date will be charged the stipulated cancellation fee.

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your Deposit.
