Studio Guide

 

Please confirm the following details before you arrive.

 

Personal Identification

In order to confirm your age and identity when you arrive,

please bring a form of government-issued identification that shows a picture of your face (driver’s license, passport, My Number Card, etc.).

※We will not accept student or employee IDs.

If we do not receive a valid form of identification from you, we will be unable to apply your tattoo.

Clients who do not have a government-issued form of identification with an ID photograph

must have these forms of identification ready by the reservation date.

 

 

Information for customers with consultation-only appointments

・If you do not schedule an appointment for tattoo application after your counseling session has been completed,

we will pay for your counseling session out of your deposit.

・If you schedule an appointment for application after your counseling session has been completed,

you will be charged an additional fee equal to the tattoo application fee for rescheduling your appointment.

※Please note that if your tattoo application appointment is canceled after you have paid your deposit,

your deposit will not be refunded regardless of the reason.

 ※If you do not pay your deposit, you will not be able to schedule your tattoo application appointment. 

 

 

Appointment times

Please arrive well before your appointment to avoid being late.

If you are late for your appointment and this would affect the following client’s appointment,

we may not be able to apply your tattoo on that day.

 

 

Cancelation and rescheduling

We make reservations in accordance with a meticulous schedule, which is designed to accommodate as many clients as possible.

As sudden cancelations and rescheduling can inconvenience other clients,

please do your best not to cancel. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us in advance via LINE.

Please note that cancelation and rescheduling requests received within seven days of the appointment will incur the following cancelation fees.

Changes to size and design

If you would like to change the size and/or design of the item that was shown to you during your appointment,

please contact us beforehand via LINE.

We manage our schedule meticulously so that we can guide as many clients as possible through the process with ease.

In accordance with size and design, customer appointment times are decided in advance. Accordingly,

a change in the size and/or design of an item may result in a client’s appointment date being rescheduled.

 

If you request a change without contacting us prior to your appointment, we may be unable to accommodate you on the day of your appointment.

In addition, if you request to change a design that was decided on during the design counseling stage, you will be charged a design cancelation fee. 

 

 

Safety and hygiene protocol

Our staff members work as a team in the pursuit of technical advancement, thorough sanitary measures,

and the establishment of a comfortable environment. We strive to provide our clients with a bright and safe tattoo studio experience.

Accordingly, we refuse entry and will not provide tattoos to minors under the age of 19 years,

those involved with criminal groups as well as the organizations associated with them, pregnant women,

those under the influence of marijuana, those infected with HIV, those infected with type B or C hepatitis,

those suffering a heart condition or other health disorders,

those noticeably lacking in common sense, and anybody else this studio deems to be unsuitable. 

 

Currently, we are temporarily not accepting visitors

who have received the Replicon vaccine (including clinical trials) and their roommates.

This does not apply to those who were vaccinated prior to the Replicon Vaccine.

 

 

Customers accompanied by a companion

As a preventative measure against the spread of the Coronavirus, we are currently refusing entry to any persons who accompany a client. 

Those who require a companion due to special circumstances

will have their appointment adjusted to a time when we are able to accommodate your companion.

※To prevent the spread of virus, any accompanying party will be required to wear a face mask. Thank you for your cooperation.

※Please be quiet while inside the studio.

※If you cause any inconvenience to another client or it is determined that you have impeded their counseling or application process,

we shall request you to leave.




Other

Our studio staff will respond not only to queries about the design, area of application, size, and general balance of your tattoo,

but also to questions on topics related to physical health and aftercare.
